On September 30, 2024, A-minor Magazine published Julie Elise Landry's poem "Teething" in the online journal's September 2024 issue.

A-minor Magazine states, "We lean toward the surreal, experimental, ambivalent, darkly lyrical, and wildly imaginative... We seek writing that is unconventional, succinct, and emotive."

Landry's poem "Teething" focuses on odd, intrusive thoughts—and on how those mild destructive impulses provide an imagined source of connection with the outside world.

HOOT Review published Julie Elise Landry's poem "Estranged" in the 112th, September 2024 issue of its online review of mini poetry and prose.

According to the publication's website, HOOT Review seeks to publish work "that is audacious, surprising, and energetic." Some poems are mailed to recipients on postcards and accompanied with relevant artwork. Poems published in the online format, like Landry's, include recorded readings of the poem by the poet as well as relevant artwork.

"Estranged" is a four-line lyric poem accompanied by Landry's brief reading and a crayon collage, drawn and animated by the poet into a piece of GIF artwork.
