Whether you want a dedicated "writing trainer" for your novel or a hawkish review of your résumé, I can edit texts of any type. I am also available as a writer-for-hire, depending on the size and scope of the project.

As a deadline-oriented professional with an enthusiasm for proofreading and formatting, I will improve your text at the line and structural levels with suggestions for revision and detailed feedback!

Book Editing Bundle — $0.015-$0.020 per word

Are you self-publishing a book? ​I’ll mold your prose into its best self. I can provide structural editing, line editing, and copy editing for fiction and non-fiction projects. Layout, formatting, and publishing assistance can also be provided for additional costs.

Writing — $20-$50 /hr

If you need a grant, cover letter, blog post, article, speech, press release, or delicately phrased email, I can help! The scope of the project influences the cost. Ghostwriting costs more than credited writing. (I will not write scholarly essays for students.)

Heavy Editing — $40 /hr

Sometimes, you need a "writing trainer"—someone to dig into your prose and mold it into its best self. In this package, I'll provide line editing, copy editing, and structural editing with detailed commentary and suggestions. 

Light Editing — $20 /hr

Sometimes, you need an objective eye to check your writing for typos and glaring errors. I'll happily be your sounding board, review your words, and make basic corrections.

Résumé Assistance — $15 (flat fee)

Give me your roughest draft of a résumé, and I'll polish its content, phrasing, structure, and style based on the conventions of your field!

All hourly services are billed at a one-hour minimum.
 
All prices are subject to adjustment depending on the project, though the price will always be communicated and agreed upon prior to services being rendered.
 
For editing services, I'll use Microsoft Word’s track changes and comments—if you are unfamiliar with this process/technology, I can help you learn to work with it! I am also comfortable with Google Docs, if you find it easier to use.
